The media seems to want to define today's zeitgeist as two separate factions of "elite liberal" and "conservative redneck". We can't let this be the determining view of the times we live in, what we need to do is learn to cross these borders and unify. We all know that the world is in trouble, I think a lot of the "elite liberals" would be surprised at how many "conservative rednecks" agree with them on this. what we need to do is try to find some kind of common ground to help try and make today's zeitgeist one of unity, not one of division.

I say that politics is there to take its place.
It is no longer God vs. Satan, it is Liberal vs. Conservative.
